When we first filed bankruptcy we were going to keep both cars. We are having a hard time keeping up with both payments though. If we surrender one vehichle do we have to change our schedules? We just had our 341. Ford is refusing to keep the loan unless we sign a reaffirm and I do not want to do that, so I am sure they will file a motion to lift stay. Will that give the trustee something to go after? We would have one less car payment and less on ins. and gas. I am hoping to try and keep the payments up so maybe they will not take the car until after discharge. Thanks for any advice any one may have.

In2deep, We ALL feel that way. Try to set aside times when you work on, worry about Bk, and then do other things to distract yourself.Originally posted by in2deepAAAArt, thanks for responding to my posts. I think I wll contact 722 redemption in the morning to see if they can help. I think I will need to be committed before all of this is over with! Thanks again.
But trust me, most of us have felt that this was overwhelming and wondered if we were ever going to get through it.
I'm a man and not supposed to be too emotional, but the day I told my wife that all of the paperwork was done and that our atty. had just emailed that we filed, I found my self breaking down in tears and sobbing as I told her, "Well it's done. We did it."
Best wishes, Art
