    ommission on matrix

OK new question keep finding out things I didnt catch. I have a debt from an individual that hired an attorney to collect. I listed both the individual and the attorney on the bankruptcy forms and they are listed on the bankruptcy forms. However the individual is not listed in the creditors matrix but the lawyer is. As long as the lawyer is listed , since he is acting as their agent, i should be covered right?
I have not had an easy time getting thru to lawyer I think he was swamped with cases.

My atty. insisted that we list both parties. Shouldn't be too difficult to amend and be on the safe side. Art

I had the same thing happen only it was the collector not listed. My attny said no prob, I'll just send them a letter, and that was after the 341. So I think you probably have to have the original creditor on there in order for it to be discharged, otherwise they could just keep sending it to another collection agency. I hope that makes sense.
      ;-)
