As in all situations, things are taken into account. Now, what with the new laws, the "Appearence" of abuse is very great and can lead to dismissal, or demand from trustee to "Re-pay" that amount.

if you can and would like to tell us, when was the cash advance, when was your first payment to the attorney and when was your case filed?
It wasn't a cash advance- it was multiple purchases over the 60 days prior to me filing. I really had never even considered BK until I heard about the deadline and how out of control things had gotten. The hurricanes really put me us in a bad light really quick.
