I filed on the 1st and have not gotten a 341 meeting date yet (I am in Utah). 
How many days notice do the courts give you when they give you a 341 date? I'm starting a new job the 2nd of November, and can't move the start date anymore and am a little worried about having the 341 conflict with my new job. I've read a lot on here about how its supposed to be 30 days after filing, and my lawyer said the same, but I have not heard back yet. I also checked Pacer, and there is no 341 date there but the last activity on my account was on the 18th. I am also hoping to give my new employer the heads up on the court date.
I guess I am asking...do they give you adequate notice of the 341 meeting? Is it unusual for me not to know the date by now?
