    Day #52

    Anyone else file on 7/6/09? I am soo anxious! So Day 52... I hope it is discharged before day 65... so hopefully within 2 more weeks. Cannot wait to start rebuilding... and we will hopefully purchase one vehicle (cheap/ used) in about 6 months when I start my clinicals. After we filed we both started school and we will be done this summer... Its been a long hard year... but one thing I realize is that none of us is alone... So thankful for this forum and all of the advice/ knowledge/ and experiences...kudos BK forum!!
    chpt 13 11/25/08 converted 7/7/09 to a 7. No assests and surrendered vehicles...
    9/2009 Scores 515-565 & working up from here...10/9 they havent budged yet....why does our puppy & bk lawyer have the same name...lol Discharged 10/28/09 now the real work begins

      Sounds like you guys have a good plan after your discharge. Congrats, there is light at the end of the tunnel

      May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
      May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
      9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

        Thank you Liz! And congrats on your discharge as well!! We originally filed on 11/25 (my sister bday for chapt 13) then due to layoffs had to convert. We are ready to really getting our start. our bk was mainly medical but did up surrendering 2 vehicles.
        chpt 13 11/25/08 converted 7/7/09 to a 7. No assests and surrendered vehicles...
        9/2009 Scores 515-565 & working up from here...10/9 they havent budged yet....why does our puppy & bk lawyer have the same name...lol Discharged 10/28/09 now the real work begins

          We did like you and started in a 13 and then due to the economy dh's hours and pay tanked and we converted.

          I was really anxious towards the end waiting to see that we were discharged. It's a very exciting thing to see!

          Sounds like you guys have a great plan worked out and you will do really well!
          4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
          5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
          7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
          7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

            I think I hear Hubs dancers warming up.
            Filed Ch7 5/28/09 (Pro Se) Orlando, 341 7/01, UST selected case for audit 7/01, Last day for objection 8/31. Audit report filed 9/10, no material misstatements. Discharged and closed 9/22/2009

                whipster... I will be watching for your Discharge post.... and I hope you leave them some energy for me.. lol We are right there... Hoping the hamster well rest tonight and tomorrow night... those little legs are gonna have one heck of a workout!!!

                aces... same situation pretty much... we were gonna have a 5 yr plan... so thankful we switched...
