Hi all ! Just wanted to say I am now a member of the group. Filed chapter 7 in Toledo,OH and just got a 341 meet n greet date of December 17th..Must mean the court is really busy.

Sorry to hear you joined us but it's a fact of life for many today.
So many did not want anything to do with a BK including us.
But you are better off doing it and starting over in most cases.

And do yourself a favor!
Find your Social Security card now and know where it is.
You will need it at the 341, as you have been told already, or should have.
Many find at the last minute they don't have a clue as to where the SS card is.
