We had our 341 today in Northern District of California. For anyone else in this area I thought I would let you know how ours went.
Started at 9:30am we were the first ones called. Trustee asked us the following questions. after the questions I am putting our reply in red.
Please state your name, address and last four digits of your soc sec#. = we stated the info requested.
Did you read the Bankruptcy Information Sheet? (this was given to us when we arrived to read) = Yes
Did you read your petition? (filing papers) = Yes
Did you list all your assets and creditors? = Yes
Did you sign your petition? = Yes
Have you filed bankruptcy before? = No
Did you payoff any creditor with a new credit card in the 90 days preceeding your filing of bankruptcy? = No
Do you plan on keeping the kawasaki? = Yes
Is the registration, insurance and payments current on the kawasaki? = Yes
Have you (not sure of exact wording) owned and transfered any real property in the last 10 years and if so when did you transfer it? = Yes we did and surrendered it in foreclosure in June of this year.
