Sat in on a couple 341 meetings

So out of curiosity we went down yesterday and sat in on a few 341 meetings here in Las vegas. Very uneventful to say the least. Typical questions asked that I have seen posted other places on the web. The trustee was brief and to the point, she seemed almost rude most times. But was very cut and dry. I watched several cases and they went very quick. I have a lot less stress over it now. Cant wait to get mine over with!

That was a great idea to go sit in and listen to some 341s before you have yours. When is your 341 scheduled?

I am in Las Vegas too. I am nervous too! Our trustee is a man; hopefully he is nice! Our 341 is on NOV 18. When is yours?

Ours is on the 23rd, I was hoping that our trustee was going to be there but I dont think he was, they had two room going at once, we only sat in one room.
Seriously go sit in on a few it will set your mind at ease, the trustees are very cut and dry, they are not on a witch hunt, they are just performing a job. It was really good just to watch the process and understand how it is going to work. All you have to to is go in the building and walk in to the room and sit down. ( you have to go through metal detectors and show id to get in the building) But you don't have to sign in or anything. You just walk in and sit down. The process is open to the public.
