If I am surrendering my house and haven't paid the real estate taxes for 2008 and 2009. Will that just get discharged with the property or do I have to put the county down as a creditor as well?

You should list them but the taxes go with the real estate. They will have to be paid by the holder of the house. They will be discharged from your responsibility.
