    Yeeha! Report of no distribution

    A few of you might remember my situation... lots of lawyer problems, changed attorneys after first 341, second 341 last week, pending personal injury settlement amount being questioned/looked into by trustee, etc.

    Well, the trustee filed a no asset report today. My lawyer is even amazed, and I'm absolutely thrilled. Looks like this almost-senior citizen won't be totally penniless when this is over after all. I'm more relieved than I can say.

          4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
          5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
          7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
          7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
