        ok here it is in a nutshell...

        i better not lol.

        i just think that things could really be improved while cutting out the grey areas. i guess that's what they are 'trying' to do with the new laws but it probably wont work much better then before. oh well, who knows.

        i did forget to mention that my actual attorney, trustee, US Trustee, bankruptcy judge, all my listed creditors that floated me loans and the court clerk assigned to my case all do a wonderful and outstanding job and can't be appluaded enough for how hard they work without fault just for my benefit. oh and god bless them and merry christmas to their entire family as well and i wish them the best in life...

          I don't know why they don't just let you put "all the cards on the table" at the 341. Let both the trustees be there and hash it out,one way or another right then.But then if they did that we couldn't twist and squirm for 60+ days.

            That's the whole idea - "THEY WANT YOU TO SWEAT IT OUT"...............

            GIVES YOU 90 DAYS + TO THINK ABOUT HOW YA GOT INTO THIS MESS TO BEGIN WITH................... THOUGHT TIME!!!

              ok how abou this one...

              "Meeting Of The Creditors"

              can that meeting be more misnamed then anything else in life.

              creditors never ever show up. its all about the trustee.

              and once filed everyone has 90 days to speak up? what BS.

              when i'm late on my payment they give me 10 days before they fine me.

              all other court systems are 15, 20 and 30 days for responses. BK is 90. what a farse. that needs to be change in the new rules.

              30 days thats it and it starts from the day of filing. do they really need more?

              and since none of the creditors ever show up to get your input at the "Meeting Of The Creditors" why should they get 60 freaking days after that.

              these laws are old good ol boys crap imo.

              i can't wait until my 341 so i can lay into the trustee and tell him this. i hope his boss, the US Trustee, shows up so i can give him a piece of my mind too.

                    40 days plus 8 days.

                    48 whole days still left.

                    48 days of 24 hours in each day remaining.

                    closer to 2 more long months than 1. even if it was 1 thats still 30 whole entire days.

                        pacer checks are freeeeee the way i do it. i told youy guys but you wont believe me.

                        im a savvy spender usually. always find a way to get something cheaper! on dates i make the girl drink water, and maybe let her eat a few chips

                        ok you all want to know how that works? beforehand i drop a few hints that they need to be skinnier... then they get moody... then i later explain that their moodiness was a result of over toxification... and that they should drink water to cleanse their system.

                        they fall for it every time. but then again i make sure i dont date the brilliant ones anyway. to hard to make things work my way. i explain to them that not being the sharpest knife in the drawer makes them 'safer' so thats better so no one can get cut

                              You're wasting money in the long run dude. How many dates like this is a girl going to put up with before she puts out. Just spend a few bucks on the first date to get her drunk and get laid sooner.
