Expected wait after deadline for objections

    I filed pro-se on 8/15/05

Well 11/21 is my final date for objections. So far nothing is noted in pacer and not received anything in mail.

Anyone know when I should expect something in pacer to change or know about a discharge?

Just glad the wait is nearly over.

From what I am seeing here, the notices are posted 1-2 days before discharge is granted...However, the reasons were minor so, more then likely, you'll be safe shortly.

well if anything is going to happen guess it will be on the last day. it is the favorite day for the US Trustee.

No news is good news. Don't be surprised if the deadline is extended. Likely it would have been on Pacer though. Extensions are somewhat SOP.

Joe, Right now, we're hearing a lot of people whose discharge is delayed because of no reason, except that they're extremely backlogged.
I can imagine how anxious you are and want it done, but in your case, no news is good news. If US Trustee were to object, you'd definitely read it there. Good luck. Art

art, if 60+ days from my 341 next week, after i already waited over 30 days already, someone goes and posts something on pacer with the words 'delayed' or 'motion to dismiss' im gonna...

well lets just say its not gonna be a pretty site. i'll probably go commatose for months and wont be able to take any visitors.

Was just wondering if anyone had any idea.. Thanks for the replies.

Last thing noted in pacer was something along the lines of the trustee has done his job and sees no funds to be available to any creditors.

Bankruptcy and divorce in the same year fun stuff. (Neither are done)

I agree, delayed would be a horrible thing to see.

It took one month past the day for last objections before I got my discharge.

Nothing changed in Pacer for 3 months, from the date the trustee saying no distribution after the 341, until the discharge notice.
