I had my 341 meeting 61 days agon (9/22), and my discharge date was yesterday (11/21). Not only does PACER not show the No Distribution report, but my status is still "Awaiting First Meeting". My attorney says not to worry, but I'm not that happy with that answer. Do I need to worry? Why isn't my status "Awaiting Discharge"? Please advise.

Pacer is extremely behind on their posting. You might want to call the clerks office and check on the status of your case and it will encourage them to update your records.
