Our lawyer's office filed our amended B22 today and our flags on Pacer say MeansNO, Nodisch. I was so happy to finally see MeansNo. The paralegal said the reason it say Nodisch was because it is not an auto discharge and they had to sign it first. She said she will get an email when they do that and forward it to me. Sooooo close. Champagne is chilling. You guys are gonna be so sick of me by the time this is done, ha.
BTW, I asked about that gas bill we got yesterday. The paralegal asked our lawyer and he said ignore it and it goes with the house that is in foreclosure. They asked that I make a copy and send to their office for my file, so that is what I'll do and have a happy day!
