completed 341 today!

Had the 341 today, went well. Although my attorney says my Trustee may come back with a few questions, I feel it is all down hill from here. Whew, what a relief! Just 3-4 months to go. Thanks to everyone who provided input and advice over the last few months.

After it is completed, mine says terminated, not satisfied.

Lawyer had to get the reaff's to the Trustee (continued) about 6 days later, and did.

Q? What does terminated mean? Does the 30 day timeline for creditor exemption objections begin after my first 341 or does the continued one have to be concluded, satisfied or terminated again?

The answers might be helpful for atvbutterfly and others too. Thank you.

The initial 341 was on 10/14/09.
Lawyer forgot to bring the signed reaff's to this meeting.
Trustee was not mad, but told the lawyer to bring them to him on 10/23.
He called it a continuation to be held on 10/23 with us not having to be there at all.

On Pacer, the word says...terminated... was typed in association with the 10/14. I see a word...satisfied there as well, but it is not filled in.

The first meeting went well, and the Trustee shock our hands and said good luck in a very sincere way too.........

There is no report showing yet either. No trustee or UST involvedment so far.

I am just trying to figure out WHEN the 30 days starts after which 341, and also
why there is no report either...

From my understanding, your timeline commences following your first 341. I'm unsure of the "termination" notation; although, I suspect this may be related to the reaffirmations. My PACER information has seemingly been delayed as well (compared to fellow posters in different locations). I suspect this may be correlated to our interesting Michigan economy.
