    Discharged!

I filed prose on 8/15, checked pacer today and said case closed and discharged.

Just wanted to thank this forum for answering all these questions for everybody.

I was worried about another wait after reaching my objection deadline of 11/22 but obviously this isnt the case.

Not sure what I should do now but its a relief to know this part is over.

Now that its OVER - its time to check that credit report and start disputing anything that is not reported correctly. Start rebuilding your credit again.....
Check out credit rebuilding section of this forum for tips and suggestions to help you.

Congrads - you have survived bankruptcy....

Actually got the discharge papers in mail today. (Deadline for objections was 11/22 and today being 11/29 - it only took 6-7 days to get it done)

Guess instead of being backlogged they want to get things done right away.

How soon after should I check my credit report? Im sure it will take some time for all of the creditors to get the info and then respond to the credit agencies.

thats even better! discharge papers in hand! hehe

give them 30 days or so at least after they would get their papers so maybe 45 days of rest for you
