Just checked pacer and trustee filed report of no distribution, and case awaiting closing!!!

Ya, still waiting for the discharge around the 28th of Dec., but nice to see I was a no asset case!!!

Good for you!! My report of no-asset no distribution should hit Pacer by this Friday, my lawyer is betting on now. My last day for objections is 12/14. My trustee was on vacation which kept him from updating my case. Lawyer said it will back post to the original first meeting of the creditors held and concluded on 10/16, possibly. I had a continued 341 set 9 days after the First meeting because lawyer forgot to bring signed reaffs that day. No biggy, I guess.
I will keep my fingers crossed for ya to glide to the finish line!!

I am not sure if I missed your discharge on this forum or not. But in any case, congrads to you!!

I am waiting for discharge as we speak. The no dist report didn't get posted by the trustee until 1/09/2010, and the 341 was HELD on 10/23. The report was just sitting there and not posted. I had to call myself to find out why on 1/08/09 since the lawyer wasn't responding, and nothing showed on pacer for over 2+ months.
