They wanted to see 3 years of Tax returns, a Doctor's note reflecting my Mom-in-law's condition (we're paying support to her) and a couple of other things because we were higher income...almost on the line between Chap 7 and 13. I don't get the criteria at all though... I have less than 100 in my checking every month...although hopefully a bit more post BK
