    Can You Tell Me Where I'm At In This Process?

    I lost my roadmap (which is to say, I returned my "Bankruptcy For Dummies" before the thirty days was up, as I needed the $30) ...

    So, I've been to the Creditor's meeting, and no one showed to oppose the thing ... and the trustee said "You'll receive your discharge papers in December." Is that it?

    you have to wait to see what happpens. 60 days from the 341 meeting is the waiting period. during that time creeditors can object, trustees can complain and us trustees can dismiss. all the way up to the last day.
