You will need to stop using the CC's if you plan on filing BK. You don't want to use your CC's after having a consult with a BK attorney.


It's really nice to only use cash or debit.

Oh wait... I totally didn't mean to ask that! lol I've used them in the last 90 days though.. but haven't exceeded $500 in charges and $750 in cash advances.
