Yup. He said "no problem". When I brought him notebook after notebook of indexed documents, along with table of contents, he just smiled.

Thanks to the info learned from the good people here, I knew what to expect, what information to gather up, and what to do and not to do before filing.

I know that I'm going to come out bruised, because I am an asset case, but I'll take that any day over the life I've living the past few years.

The stress is already gone, and I'm getting ready to start a new life.

Congrats Frogger! So why didn't you file Pro Se you already did most of the work (3,000 pages)? Just kidding.... with that amount of debt I would want an expert to do it and make sure it was done correctly, too! Will look forward to hearing about your new freedom from debt.

It should be. My attorney said something about he was going to sue me for his carpel tunnel syndrome.

My attorney was like:

No big deal. We can get this done for you. Just a lot of paperwork, but that's all part of the game. We do it all the time. Don't worry.
