Regardless of your credit and all that goes along with it... is there any waiting period after chapter 7 discharge before you can buy property?
We are looking at a piece of land to start over on that will probably not last long. We are trying to think of or find a way to either put a hold on that property until after we file and are discharged or acquire it before hand through friends or family until discharged.
