dec 5th last day for objections

It is now dec 6th and nothing negative in the mail or on pacer yet. This is a good thing i hope. I noticed on case history for my trustee a week after its marked discharged. Then marked close some time after. Whats the difference between closed and discharged?

'Closed' means they aren't pursuing assets. Technically, they could reopen for 1 year if they find something.

If there are clearly no assets, the close will probably come shortly after the discharge.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Yeah, you would have heard by now,

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
