341 Today Ga

We had our 341 hearing today.Filed Chapter 7 pro se. Everything went well, took about 5 minutes with the trustee. Very nice guy. Asked standard questions then said no more question Thank you. Checked pacer today and it says No Distribution Report and the standard the estate has been administreed no monies to disburse and wishes to close case pursuent to FRBP 5009. Guess thats good?
I did see however under flags it says: Flags- PayTR. Anyone know what this means? I am paying in installments ( filing fee) and have one more on the 12th could this have something to do with it? Or is this something else
Other than that guess just wait now.

That is my guess (regarding the fee/flag). Something to signal the system - since he doesn't plan to look at it again - if your payment doesn't come in.

I paid w/ installments also and was nervous on mailing that last one in. I think it was knowing that if the payment didn't make it in, the whole case could be dismissed.

When I checked pacer on my case it said the same thing. Apparently noone knows exactly what this 'FRBP 5009' thing means, but from what I could gather from a google search, it seems to be referring to something about unless the us trustee objects within a certain period of time. And I'm sure your flag is to do with your payment. So be sure to pay it as soon as possible or they may not discharge you if you don't!
