    Re-Affirmation

Who is suppose to initiate the re-affirmation papers? I know you are suppose to do it before discharge, but who gets this process going? The bank, my attorney, me??

On our filing was clearly stated we wanted to re-affirm

I called my credit union after filing and told that I wanted to reaffirm. They drafted the paperwork and gave it to my attorney at my 341 hearing. My attorney reviewed it, I signed it, then my attorney signed it and filed it with the court about a week after the hearing.

Don't sweat it...I think reaffirmation paperwork has to be filed before discharge. If your creditor doesn't want the agreement, which truely benefits them, so be it.
