    Pacer after 341 meeting

Hi All.....I have been uable to find the answer to a question. I was hoping someone here might know.

Our 341 meeting was on 11/29. Everything went well at the end of the meeting the Trustee stated the he is "closing the 341 meeting"(Whatever that means) and wished us luck.

I bit the bullet and registered for pacer(BIG MISTAKE) now I am addicted to checking pacer. Anyway, as of 12/5 this is what is showing on pacer:

Under History/documents the last entry is: First Meeting Minutes filed
Under status and case summary is: Pending Status: Awaiting Discharge

I tend to think that the status of Awaiting Discharge is a good thing. But does anyone know what First meeting minutes filed means? and is this a good or bad thing? I think it is good since the trustee mentioned that he was closing the meeting.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

The first meeting would be the 341. I think its just a notation that the 341 was held.
