it's a court reporting system. PACER provides information about accessing and filing federal court records electronically. Find resources for using PACER.
Also search this site there is a section that covers PACER in much more detail. It's not free, but it's only .08 cents per page so be careful when veiwing. Get some more insight on how to use it.

Yes, at only .08 cents a page, you can run up a hefty bill. Your documents will all be there, and in PDF format so you will need Acrobat Reader on your computer. It's free just Google it. Also, do a save for later look up so you don't pay for the same thing again. I always renamed the documents by the docket number given to them, not the name they use.
