341 done!!!!! :)

Had our 341 this morning.
The whole thing was running late due to what seemed like a Jerry Springer Episode taking place. One family member had sued another family member, and had gotten a judgement which would be dismissed through the bk, and they were PISSED!!!!
Then there was a guy with property in every state in the union, who took forever, then us.
5 easy questions, and the only time the TT hesitated was over the value of our home. The county had it appraised (for taxes) at one amt, and we had it 15 grand less. TT wasn't sure he was going to accept our valuation, till our attorney earned his money. He showed the TT a printout from the builder of our home, who was marketing our same model for 3 grand more then our valuation, and the builder's model had some upgrades we didn't have. So our attorney pointed out that fact and the fact that the model home was new and under warranty, and upgraded, and ours is none of those things, he finally gave up and realized there was NO money to be had.
That was it, the TT said have a nice day, and called the next case.

Does that mean we are now part of the 60 day club?

Your story does point out that the money spent on a good atty that earns his money is money well spent. I like to hear that he earned it!
