Was done in less than 3 minutes. Normal questions, do you own real estate, if we were staying in the house, asked about the cars we were keeping. I work part-time and he asked about that (he thought b/c I work in the city I would get paid more until I told him I just work two days). He was actually very nice.
The guy before us was continued. He had two properties that apparently needed investigating. One was a two-flat and a rundown house that needs fixing. The trustee said they weren't exempt even though they aren't worth much. But everyone else before us was done in less than two-three minutes.
Our district also doesn't have as much paperwork as others. I didn't have to show bank records, etc.
What a relief. Now we wait!
