Is this NORMAL? 30-day club?

Same here the next day after my 341 it stated Last Day to File an Objection has been changed to Jan 11, 2010 from the original Feb 8, 2010 date. I asked my attorney right after my 341 meeting about 60 more days before discharge. and she stated that I should be discharged in about 45 days.... of course this is the Eastern District of CA. A coworker had filed in Aug and was discharged from CH 7 at the end of Nov 45 days after her 341 meeting... so at least here in the central valley of CA we have a shorter discharge time... we;ll see, at least I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it's isn't a train!

that's funny because i actually had the EXACT same thing in my case! I had my 341 in Nov, and the next day on Pacer there was the report of no distribution with the order fixing deadline; which also had a date of 12/25/2009- when my original date was 1/22/10. I was pretty excited thinking maybe i'd get discharged early; no such luck
I'm still open, awaiting discharge.
I'm still not sure what that paper means though. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone!

Through PACER docket report, I found a new document filed yesterday.

The title of the document is
"Notice of Filing Report of No Distribution, Combined with Order Fixing Deadline to Obect Thereto"

My original deadline for objection and closing was early March, 2010.

However, the Last Day to File an Objection has been changed to Feb 2, 2010.

The document includes:

"Unless an objection is filed by the UST or a party in interest on or before the date (2/2/10), the Court will presume the estate fully administered and proceed to close the case"
.....

"If no objections are filed, no hearing will be calendared, and after the resolution of any pending matter and the entry of an order granting or denying the debtor's discharge, the Court will, without further notice, enter an order discharging the trustee and closing the case."

It sounds like a 30-day club rather than the 60-day club.
And it also souds like UST might involve in the case by 2/2/09 rather than 10-day after the 341 meeting.

Am I understanding correctly?

Is this just for distribution matters on the No Asset Case?

That date is most likely a typo; it will be a 60 Day wait.

Unfortunately you to are a member of the 60 day club. The 30 days of reference is the time for any objections to your exemptions, but you did get the report of no distribution. Unless issues arise, 99.9% chance they won't, you should be good to go with a very boring 60 day wait.
