Student Loan Discharged?

Student Loan Discharged?

Just received my Ch.7 Discharge papers and my student loan was listed as discharged too. I checked my credit report and it too states the same. Is this a mistake? I thought student loans survived a BK....

Your student loan is not discharged unless you had a separate AP trial to get the student loan discharged and won that trial.
