    crying and down right nervous

I am sick to my stomach, my attorney was supposed to file a motion negotiating with Americredit regarding my 722 redemption but when I checked pacer there was no motion filed. Tomorrow is the last day to file a motion after tomorrow they will be granted relief of auto stay and will repo my vehicle. I am going to contact my attorney tomorrow. If they take my vehicle I don't know what I'm going to do, I work 30 miles from home. I need some help.

contact your attorney tomorrow. id go to his office directly if you can.

i wonder if parking your car in a locked garage or maybe on a different street that is safer from 'crime' would make you feel better until this gets resolved.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

I would like to park somewhere else but even I did they do know where I work. I just thought if your attorney said he would file a motion that he would can I contact Americredit myself and see what my options are with them? or would that be a mistake. At this point I would like to reaffirm and have the payments deffered to the end of the loan if possible.
