Apparently there were assets that could have been taken, but it was not worth the trustee's time or the assets would have been difficult to liquidate. Nothing further will happen, you're finished.

Congratulation on receiving the report of no distribution. This is exactly what you needed. I think your discharge is not too far now.

Thank you, good2free! I called the courts today, and they put in touch with the office that does the discharges. Lady was nice as she could tell I was afraid to both them about this. I explained that the HELD w/no dist. report was overlooked by the trustee, and they just posted it on 1/9. She looked my case up and said that even though my last day of objections to discharge was 12/14, and all docs. are satisfied, that she has to wait 11 days from the HELD posted of 1/910. I was nice to her, and I could tell she heard by voice drop when I said, "oh......thank you for the info." She paused.........and said you have a good day. I said the same.

I have read where others have called, and within minutes to a day or two the discharge showed up. I am always a optimist so I am dreaming now to be surprised early!

In any case, without this forum I would have been in the dark all this time without guidance as to what next and all.
What a ride, and so much grown at this end regarding faith in the system, people who care and share, and what I will do in a positive way from now on regarding my future with finances.
