    Posting on Pacer

Can anybody tell me how long it takes a document to post on pacer? is it same day filed? what is the time frame? My attorney said he was filing a document today and today is the last day and I have yet to see it posted on pacer. I want to know the time limited before I have to give him a piece of mind and I don't have any of that to spare so I need to be sure.

A lot of posting is done at a later date on pacer, but it will reflect the date that its filed originally.

Be patient - let your attorney do his job - then if he DOESN'T - LET HIM HAVE IT.........BOTH BARRELLS....

Its going to depend on the court and how busy/behind they are. 341's are the same way. Some people who filed in October have had their 341's while some people won't have them for a while yet.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Okay I will be patient it's just hard when you talk the attorney and he acts as if it is no big deal. which I know it isn't to him because this is his job and he sees it everyday but this is my life. StaciMM you are right because I have yet to have my 341 so I will just try an relax.

if an attorney is using the electronic method from their office then the posting will show right away. you will see this if there is no actual signatures on your documents that he submitted to the court.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
