My last day was 12-5-05 for objections and pacer was posted with a request for discharge. I had to deposit an expense check for 2800 dollars in my checking today and I owe most of this to family as I had to borrow to go on a business trip. Will anyone ever question this?

I'd think you're ok, since discharge is right on top of you. And, w/ an expense check you probably had to turn in receipts, etc. and can document the $$ didn't come from you.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision. -
if its an expense check from your company that you work for then i would imagine its got nothing to do with personal expenses or your bk for that matter.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

I have about $800 -$1500 in business expenses every month and the way it sounds to me, it only counts when you initially file and your bank accounts have to be sucked dry on the filing day. My attorney is arranging it so I'll be back in business the next day
