    Last week(day after my 341).... Trustee Report of No Distribution
    This week....BA statement of Presumption of No Abuse


    Am I officially just doing the waiting game......?????????

      Here's hoping smooth sailing
      May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
      July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
      September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

          Thanks everyone.....
          Yes, the waiting game is kind of rough.....(Now, I've just gotta learn how to keep myself off of Pacer; those .08 a page add up quickly...)

            Amen to the waiting being the hardest part.
            checking Pacer is a great tool, and it does get addicting.........
            (first 341 10/14/09, cont'd 341 10/23/09) (12/14/09 last day to object) (341 Shows HELD w/tt report of no distribution 1/9/2010)

              Yep! Things are looking good now you just have to wait it out!
              4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
              5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
              7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
              7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

                You can avoid unnecessary charges by simply monitoring the "Date of last filing". If this date remains constant, there have not been changes.

                Congrats on the Report of No Distribution! Your remaining days should fly by!
