We live in a camper...buildt in stove and fridge..tv etc...we really don't have a couch..it's built in..etc...The Trustee knows this.

If you DON'T own a home..you can file a homestead deed and take the exemptions on personal property....rather than the equity in your home....I"M THINKING...that is what I've been told today....

    WHO KNOWS

Does anyone know how to file an amended schedule C...I mean do you just go to the clerk...and hand her another schedule C and say this replaces the old one...or do you have to submit some kinda form??

I think its just the regular form, marked 'amended'.

Maybe the trustee thought you were going to exempt the camper as a homestead? (I don't know what types of property count!)
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
