Most of the larger creditors have an automatic notification of a bankruptcy filing. Its a service for which they pay. For example: http://risk.lexisnexis.com/search.as...m=notification There are many such services, this is just one example.

Will Ascension Capital contact Faust or will Faust have to contact them? I ask because we have two auto loans through Capital One and have been wondering how this will play out once we file. Faust I hope you don't mind me butting in and asking.
I've been told by an attorney that Capital One is very good at sending out reaffirmations. I'm hoping this is true.
