Discharged then found asset

Filed ch.07, in 06/09.Discharged of debtor 12/1/09and then trustee reported notice regarding assets 12/23/09 which was listed in bankruptcy paper and now notice of need to file proof of claim due to recovery of assets filed 12/28/09. When will case close.

If they are taking assets from you and distributing to creditors, I would expect another 8 months or so for the case to close. I was an asset case and the trustee had all of the assets as of 7/09. I am really hoping to close soon.
