    Question about pacer

I have seen that a lot of folks monitor pacer on a regular basis and I am wondering really why? Doesn`t the court notify us if anything is going on that requires our attention.

I suspect if I start checking something like this regularly I will go nuts. My 341 hearing was 15 days ago and so far so good. The trustee report has been entered with no assests and so far I haven`t heard anything bad.

    Appreciate your input.

    Thanks,

There are 2 reasons why people often check PACER.
    1. For info from other cases which may apply to their case.
    2. Out of curiosity and for peace of mind.
You seem to fall into the second category. Personally. it's just an "inexpensive fix" for me to check it about once a week. What elsee can I do for 8-16 cents. (Oh yes, I forgot...I could open a savings acct and put it in there. ) Art

again, you can check your pacer status without paying anything. just look at the 'Date Last Filed' header after you do a query on your social. if that date hasnt changed since you last checked then nothing has changed.

try it. you will like it
