    Attorney Services

Is it typical for BK attorney services to end 60 days after the date of the 1st creditor's meeting? That's what the client/attorney agreement I am looking at says. There's no wiggle room. Thanks.

Yes, because the 60 days corresponds to the last day anyone can file an objection. Thus, there really is nothing for the attorney to do after that anyway. Sounds like this attorney limits his/her service (typical) to you. Most attorneys are chicken-shit when it comes to post filing issues.

That fee agreement sounds overly strict, but at the same time, there is nothing particularly wrong with it.
