I am currently in bankruptcy proceedings in California. I have a vacant rental property in Idaho that is being surrendered. Until such time as the bank forecloses on the property, what are my responsibilites? Should I maintain an insurance policy with vacancy clause? Am I responsible for the HOA fees? What about utilities? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
