    buying a car after 341

    We had our 341 meeting on 12/9 and the trustee reported no asset and adjourned the meeting. we need to get a second car so my wife can get a job and the person i am buying current car from said He would let me pick up another car and just add it to the end of my current loan. this would not increase my payment but the amount financed.
    Do you think this is a major issue I dont want to jeopardize BK

      hmmm good question.

      if you have an attorney then ask him and let us know.

      i got a second car after my 341 using my cash on hand. attorney said not to buy it before the 341 so that it would go smoothly. with you its changing an actual account that is in BK. not really creating a new one.

      let us know.
