    PACER Question

    PACER says my trustee reports "no distribution." It has only been a couple of days since my 341. Do you think this means he has just decided that I have no assets to distribute, or that he sees no assets now but will be investigating in the future to confirm it?

    Probably not a question anyone can answer, but what the heck.

    Most likely he is finished with your case. Of course, it is still possible he'll review it further.
    Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research.       it means the trustee is done with your case. he wants to get removed form it and get paid. its now the us trustee's concern.

      its a step but you still have until actual discharge to worry.

      this is fun eh? oh how i wish we could do a bankruptcy every year!
