I must say you guys were right it is not as bad as I thought. I was so paranoid that I just knew this one creditor was there for me. I saw him talking to my attorney and he mentioned the word fraud and I just knew it was about me but he was there for a different couple.
Mine went quite smooth and the trustee was pleasant to everyone. Even when 2 people showed up without a social security card. There was one attorney who was rude to all his clients.
The trustee asked if I owned any property?
Had I sold or transferred property? Yes, What was it? a house
Were you related to the person you sold or transferred property to? no
Any lawsuits?
Does anyone owe you money?
Looked at my copies and handed them back.
