Staci is absolutely right about the trustees...we had that false sense of security when the local trustee blessed our case...and then the U.S. Trustee had a different viewpoint...she technically had the ammunition to have the case converted but after our one on one with her in which she learned the specifics of the case, she relented and granted our discharge...so keep in mind its not over, until its over.

oh great! i see that my pacer bill is bigger then i thought. it looks like i was only seeing the total for my state. when i use that link i get the total for everything and my balance is even bigger.

where am i gonna get $2,400? i could use my trick of only paying $2,391 and they wont bill me for the other $9 - that would save me 'some' money

            ha ha ha ha ha!

Staci *told* you to stop checking Pacer every 15 minutes. Thank goodness my bill is only $29.00!

Folks, do NOT do as BKF does: he has a compulsive personality disorder when it comes to Pacer!

ok just joking you are fine. welcome to the 60 Day Club

Mine says the same think "prays.." I found it oddly amusing. I had my 341 in Ohio on 12/23 (I live in TN now). It was two rooms, packed full, with a total of 4 trustees working through the case load. I was told I could keep my tax refund and all was "good to go."

              Whew.
I'm not a lawyer or legal expert, just offering advice on what I may have gone through and/or have knowledge of. Good luck!
