im getting so sick of this waiting. it takes way too long. it doesnt need to be this long. wonder why they didnt change that law? bastards.

we get fined in 10 days if our payments arent in. why should they get 90 freaking+ days to work their crapola on us.

its taking too long and im getting tired of this bk stuff.

Hang in there! Another day is behind you, and there are holidays coming in the next couple of weeks so the courts will be open for fewer days than usual. In my book, those don't count.

oh man. I try just not to think about it much. I am in the unfortunate situation where my Trustee filed extensions for everyone who filed pro-se to aug 06, to collect our taxes. I don't know why it was even filed on me since I usually end up paying more instead of getting a return. I know I have no hope of discharge before so I'm not full of anticipation.....or hope.

Hang in there my friend. I guess all of us are going a bit nuts these days.

Followed your recommendation about pacer. Checked it yesterday and so far so good. Probably won`t look at it again until after the first of the year. If I check it daily I will end up in the nut house.

I regards to the trustee keeping cases open to get our refunds. Everyone in front of me had this happen but when the trustee got to me and saw I had a debt to the irs I was given a free pass. Guess the irs swipes the refund before the trustee can get it. Too funny.

Anyway keep one thing in mind they can only take our money, if they can find it, they can`t eat us.

I have less than a month to go and it seems like an eternity. This has ruined Thanksgiving and Christmas for me, for sure. We've had a lot of trouble with our case and everyday, when the phone rings or mail is delivered I cringe because I don't know what's going to be in there. This is the most horrible thing I've ever been through. So, you aren't alone, there are many in the same boat! Hang in there!

Tell me about it...I kinda hate getting the mail. January 18th is our hearing for motion to dismiss or convert...I interviewed six attorneys this week and found one that seem like he will be good for us. I'm tired...but I know that this UST is just being an ass. We're under every expense limit under the new law, though we filed under the old, so we should be ok. Even the attorney said the UST must need some x-tra money...
