Well, my 341 meeting is over and went pretty smooth but not without some stress first.
My 341 meeting was at 11 am on 12/20 and was told by my lawyer we will meet 15 min before hand.
I arrived at 10:20 just to make sure nothing would pop up. I paced up and down the court halls until about 10:45 and started to look for my lawyer and panic.
11 O'clock has come and gone. My cell phone is in the car and I'm worried.
11:05, I have to find a phone to call the office to see where he is at....found a stranger that aloud me to use their cell phone...called and they said he isn't in the building yet!
He arrives around 11:20...and the good thing is we/he didn't miss anything.
I was asked the basics:
IDs
Did you read the BK Paper
Did you sign the paper in ink
Has your income changed
Are you being sued or sueing someone
Asked about my wife's income (she did not file BK)
Asked about Daycare
Asked about the 3 cars we have (88 honda, 90 dodge truck = no real worth)
Asked about how much our Tax returns were...nothing else
That was it...
He said good luck and we were on our way.
