Divorced but on car title

Filing Ch7/do I list the car that has a debt of 26K and then surrender it? My x got the car in the divorce and will pay for it. I am the " or "on the title.

Yes you list the debt.

Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick

You must list all debts that have your name on them regardless of whoever else is listed on the debt. You can surrender the vehicle and as long as she is paying for the vehicle all should be fine.
