I had a call from a Ron at an auto sales place asking me was I still selling my vehicle..... I never listed my vehicle for sale and I know bk is public info but would someone just be able to get my phone number and start calling me? I contacted my attorney and he said don't worry about it.

dont you just love attorneys that say that! lol
they have seen so much that nothing bothers them. sometimes they are very correct in what they say though.
yes bk info is public. people can see your entire case in PACER for $2.40 plus some change. but imagine if some local store did that on everyone that filed a bk locally. would get pretty costly. but who knows how he got your number.
anyway, if you want to sell it to him then i guess its great
if not then dont worry about it like you attorney said. you could always call him back and ask him how he got your number.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
